Domestic water supply is increasing becoming un-reliable. Farmers are facing challenges to supply water to their livestock. Rainfall amounts have greatly reduced and are no longer reliable. What can the ordinary farmer do? Bio Power Systems has the solution to their domestic water problems. We can drill a shallow water well for you. In many locations, water is only a few meters below ground. Bio Power Systems will drill the shallow well to reach the water table and install a solar water pump to raise up the water to your water tank.

UNDERGROUND WATER SURVEY.

To locate a high yield well location, we undertake electrical resistivity imaging (ERI) survey on the client’s property. The ERI profile generated in the survey guides you to locate the best point for drilling or digging the well avoiding rocky sections, savings on drilling/digging depths and helping in site planning. The modern underground water detector equipment generates images up to a depth of 150m.
The images are color coded depending on underground rock formations indicating areas/points with the best chances of getting water – and the estimated depth.
The subsurface profile map is sent to your mobile phone through mobile data which makes it very easy for clients to interpret and understand the rock formation underneath their property using the colour coded legend.
